Employing over 650 individuals across many countries, our 200-seat sales call centre is the backbone of our business. If you’ve turned on the television in the last week you’ve inevitably seen some of our products like Thin Lizzy Cosmetics, The Renevator, StoneDine Cookware, Nutribullet and many more.

The Role:

Selling our top end popular products over the phone, working on a structured call back system of HOT leads, our agents engage with our customers using a combination of Inbound and Outbound calls, NO COLD Calling! Our customers are curious and intrigued by our adverts and our agents need to give them that extra bit of information and build rapport to entice them to purchase the product they have called in about. So if you love talking to people and are hungry to earn lots of money this is the role for you!

Our Customers:

Our customers are calling in after seeing an advert on the TV and are passionate and excited by the product they have seen, so we need to match that enthusiasm on every call.
Duties Include:
• Accurately logging customer data on inbound calls
• Making energetic outbound sales calls and processing various payment methods
• Maintaining up to date product information
• Adhering to a scripted sales process as well as being able to add some sparkle to the call - using your outgoing, confident personality and excellent sales skills to close the sale
• Consistently meeting productivity based targets
• Building rapport with the customer and fact finding out why they are keen on the product.

• Ideally with some experience of working in a call centre before
• Retail experience or product sales
• Door to door sales background
• Adaptable and flexible
• IT skills – accuracy and attention to detail
• Works well under pressure and to KPIs (this is a sales environment after all)
We are an exciting 24/7 business, and seek flexible dedicated individuals to work on rostered shifts between 7am - Midnight. These are scheduled in 5 day blocks of 8.5 hours per day.


Full 2 weeks training given on our terms and products and how to sell them – objection handling. Excellent training given with loads of skills to be learnt and added to your portfolio of existing skills. Ongoing training and coaching on the role. Plenty of support to be given when you go into your team from your Team Leader.
